I think that this image summarize very much of what Estonia is!
It is not a very known country; it is not a big country either. If then we consider the number of inhabitants, even less, just a bit over 1.3 million people.
If then we consider that Estonians like to stay on their own, do not speak so much and are very comfortable in silence, you can realise how quite here can be. Small talks here is down to ZERO and I believe that in the next years they will start training cpourse for managers who travel to teach them how to make small talks and just avoid long and awkward silence (at least sometimes).
I know that their motto is “Do not speak if you have nothing to say!”, and maybe as southern people have a lot to learn from them, but at the same time…
